This is a natural phenomenon present in every human being. By practising this technique which is a type of meditation and assisted with specialized training techniques, one can improve the state of mindfulness, which in turn helps to strengthen our physical and mental ability and to combat stress, depression, anxiety, mood swings, as well as psycho-somatic ailments.
